I really enjoyed reading this information. I feel social media can be a positive thing but it depends on how one uses it. I personally try not to compare myself with others and what they post. Most times it's unrealistic how others present themselves. I use my IG account to post my work, I am a makeup artist and post realistic images of professional women. I limit how much time and how often I spend on my feed. I'm careful who I accept for friends. I worry about teenagers and how they're perceived by others, and the negative comments they receive. I hope parents are monitoring their activities online.
It's dangerous in so many ways for young minds.
